Direct hotel booking policies :
Prepayment: 100% from the total price which is non refundable.
Climate Tax: 5€ per night/room is paid on the spot by the guest.
Late Arrival: In case of arrival after 23:00 the contactless check-in instructions will be send to the provided number via WhatsApp or SMS.
